Terms and Conditions for Batches Offered by BambooCopter
Welcome to BambooCopter! By enrolling in our drone technology courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your enrollment.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
All course fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided, regardless of withdrawal or discontinuation of the course.
2. Drone Technology Involves High Risks
Drone technology is a high-risk activity, which involves inherent dangers, including but not limited to injury, accidents, and property damage. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree that BambooCopter and its affiliates will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries, or damages that may occur during the course, whether on-site or off-site.
3. Student Responsibility for Mishaps
You are solely responsible for any incidents, damages, or injuries caused by your actions during the course. BambooCopter will not be liable for any accidents, misuse of equipment, or negligence on your part.
4. Class Scheduling Based on Majority Demand
Classes will be scheduled based on the demand of the majority of students enrolled in the batch. While we strive to accommodate everyone’s preferences, the final schedule will be determined by majority availability and communicated in advance.
5. No Components Included in Batch Fee
The course fees do not cover any components or materials. You are required to procure your own drone parts for practical sessions. BambooCopter does not provide individual components as part of the course. We recommend purchasing parts through our e-commerce store or verified suppliers.
6. No Misbehavior Will Be Tolerated
We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, or online) will not be tolerated. Students engaging in such behavior may be expelled from the course without a refund.
7. No Class Repetitions or Recordings
Each class will be conducted as scheduled, and no repetitions or recordings of missed classes will be provided. Students are responsible for attending all sessions according to the schedule.
8. Non-Transferable Enrollment
Your enrollment in a specific batch is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your seat to another individual, nor can you shift to another batch after the course has started, unless approved by BambooCopter in exceptional cases.
9. Adherence to Safety Guidelines
Students must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in immediate removal from the batch without any refund or compensation.
10. Changes to Schedule or Course Format
BambooCopter reserves the right to modify the schedule, course content, or format based on unforeseen circumstances or course needs. Any changes will be communicated to students in a timely manner.
11. Indemnity
By enrolling, you agree to indemnify and hold BambooCopter, its instructors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the course or use of drones.
12. Certification for Deserving Students
Certification will be awarded only to deserving students who meet the course’s performance and attendance requirements, as determined by the instructors. Completion of the course alone does not guarantee certification; it must be earned based on merit.
13. Dispute Resolution through Arbitration
In case of disputes, you agree that any claims or controversies related to your participation in the course will be resolved through binding arbitration or other professional mediation channels, rather than litigation in court. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through amicable discussion or mediation before engaging in formal arbitration proceedings.
14. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in our batches, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course without any refund.
